Ashly Gray is a nurse practitioner (NP) who works at the Lafayette office. She is a state-licensed and board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner (AGNP) through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) in 2016 from Walden University.

Ashly’s nursing journey began in 2006, when she graduated from Ivy Tech Community College with a certificate in licensed practical nursing (LPN). Her first nursing position was in long-term care, in the same facility in which her grandfather was a resident. Her grandfather, who passed away in 2007 due to complications of Alzheimer’s disease, was the catalyst for her passion for neurology. Since then, she has practiced in a variety of fields, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Neurology continues to be her preferred specialty.

She grew up in the Delphi, Indiana area, where she continues to reside with her husband (Jason) and their three cat dragons. She loves reading, wandering, undisturbed nature, landscape photography, northern Michigan summers, animals, coffee, music, thunderstorms, and spending time with her family. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Neurology.
